A morning run is what I enjoy. An occasion for myself with my favourite music and after an hour, a good sweat. Before I bought the currexSole RUNPRO, I couldn’t take the morning run daily. As a physiotherapist, we always look at optimal functioning of our joints and efficient use of our muscular systems. With cycling being a repetitive movements of the lower body, it becomes very important that the main area where the force is produced is well supported. With advancement of modern cycling shoes, the foot support aspect still seems to be quite lacking. I have found CurrexSole as good semi tailored off the shelf products that caters for the variability of foot and lower limb in the general public. It is quite comfortable to wear personally and have found it removed a lot of the hot foot feeling that I was experiencing previously when riding with the standard insole that was provided by my cycling shoes which offered no support.

Initially I was after a solution to the numbness I had been experiencing in my left foot after 15 minutes of consistent pedaling. After inserting the currexSole BIKEPRO into my cycling shoes, I have noticed a large reduction in numbing sensation in my left foot. The currexSole BIKEPRO insole raises my arch in a way to end the nerve exposure that had been causing the discomfort I had been experiencing prior to using the currexSole.

Before fitting currexSole BIKEPRO to my cycling shoes, I was having continuous issues with tendonitis under my left knee. Upon fitting the custom fitted BIKEPRO insoles to my shoes, this disappeared almost on the first ride. To me they feel natural, that is you don’t feel anything, they just appear to hug the sole and arch of your foot. If it means no more shore knees when cycling, I am in.

I bought a pair of your soles (CurrexSole RunPro) size M type LOW and I am very satisfied by this product. My shoe, my feet, immediately accepted these new details, because I usually carry plantar correction soles. Now, I don't need them anymore, instead, I'm buying more CurrexSoles for another 2 other pairs of shoes (1 for the city and another for my second shoes of running).

I first came across Currexsole when I was travelling through and racing in Europe in 2015. I had my feet scanned by Currex Germany when I was at Challenge Roth expo. I am a long time Ironman triathlete who can run up to a 100k week preparing for Ironman and long course events.
